Shadowrise and Sunset

COSMIC MESSAGE
From a drone 200 meters above Jämtland, Sweden, we look out at Earth's shadow at sunset. The Sun, setting in the northwest, casts a pillar of light just below the horizon. Opposite it, the planet's own shadow rises in the southeast, outlined by the pinkish anti-twilight arch, also known as the Belt of Venus.
