COSMIC MESSAGE

The Orion Nebula, 1,500 light-years away, is a vast cloud of gas and dust where new stars are forming. This Hubble Space Telescope image shows M43, a central part of the nebula. The Great Nebula in Orion is visible to the unaided eye near Orion's belt.
