Fireworks vs Supermoon

COSMIC MESSAGE
On July 4, an almost full Moon, known as a Buck Moon, rose in the evening sky. This full lunar phase was near perigee, the closest point in the Moon's orbit around Earth. This qualified it as a supermoon, the first of four in 2023. This supermoon rose over Cocoa Beach, Florida, competing with fireworks for attention.
