COSMIC MESSAGE

That's not a sunspot, it is the International Space Station, caught as it passed in front of the Sun. Sunspots have a dark center and a lighter outer region, and they rotate with the Sun. The ISS is a complex spacecraft that orbits Earth. It transits the Sun quite often because it circles Earth every 90 minutes.
