In 1990, the Voyager 1 spacecraft was four billion miles from the Sun when it turned back to take this image. This is part of the first-ever Solar System family portrait. Voyager's wide-angle camera captured Venus, Earth, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune in a mosaic of 60 frames. It shows our planetary neighborhood from a unique perspective.
