This cosmic snapshot shows two objects in the constellation Cepheus: the face-on spiral galaxy NGC 6946 and the open star cluster NGC 6939. The image was made with over 68 hours of data from a small telescope. NGC 6939 is 5,600 light-years away, while NGC 6946 is much farther, at 25.2 million light-years from Earth.
