Saturn's cloud tops rotate every ten hours, a dramatic effect visible from orbit. The Hubble Space Telescope captured this rotation in a time-lapse sequence from November 1990. During that time, a light-colored giant storm system encircled the planet, a feature not seen during the Voyager flybys twenty years prior.
