COSMIC MESSAGE

M7 is a prominent open cluster of about 100 stars in the tail of Scorpius. It is dominated by bright blue stars and is visible to the naked eye in a dark sky. The cluster is about 200 million years old, spans 25 light-years across, and lies about 1000 light-years away.
