On June 8, Venus and the International Space Station both crossed in front of the Sun. This unique time-lapse image captures the unprecedented double transit, visible for less than a second from a narrow band on Earth. The image combines 12 frames, each lasting only 1/10,000th of a second, taken 0.033 seconds apart.
