COSMIC MESSAGE
Eta Carinae, a star about 100 times more massive than our Sun, might explode into a supernova, though no one knows when. About 150 years ago, it brightened dramatically, becoming one of the brightest stars in the southern sky. Located in the Keyhole Nebula, Eta Carinae is currently the only known star to emit natural laser light.
