This high cliff is on Comet Churyumov-Gerasimenko, not a planet or moon. The Rosetta spacecraft, launched by ESA, rendezvoused with the comet in 2014 and imaged this ragged, one-kilometer-high cliff. Despite its height, the comet's low surface gravity would make climbing it, or even jumping from it, survivable.
