Most spiral galaxies have multiple arms, but NGC 4725 has only one. This Spitzer Space Telescope infrared image highlights dust clouds warmed by newborn stars in red. The blue light comes from the galaxy's older stars. NGC 4725 also has a prominent ring and a central bar, and it is 41 million light-years away.
