Ancient Craters on Saturn's Rhea
NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Saturn's moon Rhea has one of the oldest surfaces we know of. It has changed little in the past billion years, and its craters are so old that their edges are no longer round. Like Earth's Moon, Rhea's rotation is locked on Saturn. This image shows part of Rhea's surface that always faces Saturn, which is more heavily cratered than its trailing surface.
