The Anthe Arc around Saturn

This unusual partial ring around Saturn, called the Anthe Arc, was captured by the Cassini spacecraft. It occupies the same orbit as the small moon Anthe. Scientists hypothesize the arc was created and is replenished by meteor impacts on Anthe. Similar arcs have been observed, including one associated with Saturn's moon Methone.
