Kemble's Cascade

NASA APOD · Noel Carboni
COSMIC MESSAGE

An asterism is a recognized pattern of stars that is not one of the official constellations. This chain of about 20 stars, visible with binoculars towards the constellation Camelopardalis, is known as Kemble's Cascade. It stretches over five times the width of a full moon. This pretty string of stars tumbles from the upper left.
