COSMIC MESSAGE

IC 342, a spiral galaxy similar in size to the Milky Way, is seven million light-years away in Camelopardalis. It is almost hidden behind the dust and gas in our own galaxy's plane. Despite the obscuring cosmic clouds, this sharp image reveals its spiral arms and bright core.
