The Tulip Nebula, also known as Sharpless 2-101, is an emission nebula in the constellation Cygnus. It is located about 8,000 light-years away, along the plane of our Milky Way Galaxy. This composite image highlights the glowing interstellar gas and dust that give the nebula its flower-like appearance.
