COSMIC MESSAGE
The bright band of the Milky Way arches over Yellowstone National Park. The colors in the hot spring below are from bacteria, heated by a magma chamber deep underground. The spring is about 10 meters across, while the Milky Way is 100,000 light-years wide, a cosmic coincidence of scale.
