COSMIC MESSAGE
This wide telescopic view shows galaxies scattered beyond the stars and faint dust nebulae of the Milky Way. Prominent at the upper right is NGC 7331, a large spiral galaxy about 50 million light-years away. At the lower left is Stephan's Quintet, a disturbed group of galaxies about 300 million light-years distant. This region sits at the northern boundary of the constellation Pegasus.
