Reflections on the 1970s

COSMIC MESSAGE

These reflection nebulae in Orion, NGC 1977, NGC 1975, and NGC 1973, are often overlooked due to the nearby, brighter Orion Nebula. They are part of Orion's giant molecular cloud, about 1,500 light-years away. The nebulae glow with the characteristic blue color of starlight reflecting off dust.
