Rollover Annotation: Judy Schmidt
COSMIC MESSAGE
The constellation Orion is a direction in space rich with impressive nebulae. This 212-hour exposure, taken over many clear nights in 2013 and 2014, reveals many details. After 1,400 exposures and a year of processing, the resulting collage spans over 40 times the angular diameter of the Moon.
