This image captures a trio of interacting galaxies, Arp 286, nearly 90 million light-years away in Virgo. The largest, NGC 5566, spans 150,000 light-years with sweeping spiral arms. Above it is the smaller, blue NGC 5569. Two foreground stars from our Milky Way are also visible, reminding us that stars are common across distant galaxies.
