COSMIC MESSAGE
The Pelican Nebula, also known as IC 5070, is a recognizable profile of gas and dust about 2,000 light-years away in Cygnus. It sits just off the "east coast" of the North America Nebula, another familiar-looking emission nebula. Both are part of the same large and complex star-forming region.
