NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Hebes Chasma on Mars is a depression just north of the Valles Marineris canyon. Inside it, Hebes Mensa, a five-kilometer-high mesa, shows an unusual partial collapse. The ESA's Mars Express spacecraft captured this image, helping scientists understand where the internal material of this unconnected depression went.
