COSMIC MESSAGE
This is Planet Earth, on a dark and stormy night in 2013 at Hverir, Iceland. Geomagnetic storms produced the auroral display in the starry night sky. Ghostly towers of steam and gas vented from fumaroles danced against the eerie greenish light. This geothermally active area is along the volcanic landscape in northeastern Iceland.
