The sky on
your birthday.
“Milky Way over Troll's Tongue” is copyrighted by Ruslan Merzlyakov (RMS Photography). NASA has permission to show it and we don't, so it isn't on this card.
See it on NASA's siteThe Troll's Tongue is a rock formation extending 700 meters over cliffs in Norway, carved by glaciers ten thousand years ago. Capturing it beneath a clear night sky required a long hike and multiple trips. This composite image shows the ancient bedrock against the Milky Way.
The Sun on 11 September 2018

We cannot put this date's photograph on paper at poster size. We can print the nearest public archive plate to your date instead.
Prints are coming soon. The card is free to save and share in the meantime.
