COSMIC MESSAGE
On Solana Beach, near San Diego, a dog named Kona and two people friends paused their evening walk. They looked up at the sunlit exhaust plumes of a Falcon 9 rocket. This rocket was returning to Vandenberg Air Force Base, over 250 miles north, after its launch.
