COSMIC MESSAGE
On May 31, the orbiting Yangwang-1 space telescope recorded tens of parallel meteor streaks in Earth's limb. This image was captured near the peak of the Tau Herculid meteor shower. The shower was active as Earth passed through debris from disintegrating Comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3. However, it lacked the brighter meteors that would make it a true storm.
