COSMIC MESSAGE
This striking image captures several objects in front of the Sun. An airplane is visible just below the center, caught by chance. Clouds in Earth's atmosphere create horizontal streaks, while the Moon appears as a large dark bite on the upper right during a partial solar eclipse. Just below the Sun's surface, sunspots are visible, including the historically large AR 2192 group from 2014.
