COSMIC MESSAGE

The Rosette Nebula, also known as NGC 2237, is a large, star-forming region, but it is not the only 'flower' in this deep field image. The large red nebula on the upper left is diffuse hydrogen emission surrounding the Cone and Fox Fur Nebulas. The famous Rosette Nebula is actually on the lower right, connected to the other nebulas by faint, irregular filaments.
