COSMIC MESSAGE
This 4.5-hour timelapse captures an unusual night sky. The pink and purple aurora, famous from May 11, shimmers as the night progresses. The central band of our Milky Way Galaxy rises, and stars shift as Earth rotates. A rare red SAR arc also runs above the aurora, changing its shape over time.
