The Hubble Space Telescope took a new look at a piece of the Hubble Deep Field. This time, its NICMOS camera saw in infrared light. The image shows known galaxies in a new way, and previously unknown galaxies, likely farther than anything seen before. These galaxies are so faint we had never seen them until now.
