NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Near the center of our galaxy, the Galactic Center Radio Arc is a striking structure of parallel rays. These rays extend straight out from the galactic plane. They are connected to the galactic center by curving filaments known as the Arches. Sagittarius A*, a bright radio source likely surrounding a black hole, is also visible in this region.
