COSMIC MESSAGE
From Saturn's ice moon Tethys, the rings and shadows would create a fantastic view of the Saturnian system. This image from the Cassini spacecraft shows Tethys, about 1,000 kilometers in diameter. It orbits Saturn approximately 300,000 kilometers from the gas giant's center. This places it well outside Saturn's main bright rings.
