COSMIC MESSAGE

This image of the constellation Ursa Major reveals numerous galaxies, both near and far. At the center is NGC 3718, a warped spiral galaxy with twisted arms and dust lanes crossing its bright core. To its right is another large spiral, NGC 3729. These two galaxies are likely interacting gravitationally, pulling at each other's structures.
