COSMIC MESSAGE
Thousands of dwarf galaxies were discovered in the Coma Galaxy Cluster using infrared images from the Spitzer Space Telescope. Visible light images from the Sloan Sky Survey are combined with the infrared data to create this composite. The cluster spans about 20 million light-years, holding over a thousand visible galaxies and many more unseen dwarfs.
