Saturn glows like a neon sign in this false-color infrared composite image. Although Saturn has little actual neon, three bands of infrared light highlight its features. The planet itself appears dark in the bluest infrared band, but its thin rings brightly reflect sunlight. Saturn's B ring is so thick that it reflects little light.
