COSMIC MESSAGE
Typhoon Rammasun and galaxy M101, the Pinwheel Galaxy, appear strikingly similar despite vast differences in scale. Rammasun was about a thousand kilometers across, while M101 spans 170,000 light-years. Both exhibit arms shaped like logarithmic spirals, a simple and beautiful mathematical form.
