COSMIC MESSAGE

Thor's Helmet, NGC 2359, is an interstellar bubble about 30 light-years across, located in Canis Major. It was blown by the fast winds from a bright, massive star. This broad skyscape, about 1.5 degrees wide, also shows a faint, round nebula in the lower left corner.
