COSMIC MESSAGE

The Triangulum Galaxy, M33, contains many bright emission nebulae, which are regions of active star formation. These HII regions glow red, tracing the galaxy's loose spiral arms. M33's giant HII regions are some of the largest known stellar nurseries.
