COSMIC MESSAGE

The Delta IV Heavy is the tallest rocket in active use. This image captures its second launch, the first at night, from Cape Canaveral in 2007. It's the largest of the Delta series, using three boosters to lift over 23,000 kilograms into low Earth orbit. The rocket's power is comparable to NASA's Space Shuttle.
