COSMIC MESSAGE
The Rosetta spacecraft captured this sequence of images of Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko as it approached its target. Over several weeks, the comet moved past distant stars in Ophiuchus and the globular cluster M107. By the end of the sequence, the comet's developing coma, extending 1300 km, is visible.
