The Tadpoles of IC 410

COSMIC MESSAGE
The emission nebula IC 410 is home to two structures that look like tadpoles, made of denser, cooler gas and dust. The nebula surrounds the young star cluster NGC 1893, whose hot, bright stars energize the glowing gas. This cosmic pond of gas and dust is partly obscured by foreground dust.
