The Heart and Soul Nebulas reside in Cassiopeia, glowing brightly in the red light of energized hydrogen. The Heart Nebula, IC 1805, on the bottom right, resembles its namesake. The Soul Nebula, IC 1871, on the upper left, completes this cosmic pair, both emission nebulas shining in a three-color composite.
