NASA APOD · Abdullah Alharbi
COSMIC MESSAGE

The Witch Head Nebula, IC 2118, gets its name from its shape, which some say resembles a witch's profile. This reflection nebula is about 50 light-years across and made of gas and dust. It glows by reflecting the light of the nearby supergiant star Rigel, one of the brightest stars in Orion.
