Black Holes in Galactic Centers
NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Astronomers using the Hubble Space Telescope have found evidence that most, if not all, large galaxies may harbor a central black hole. In many galaxies, star speeds increase closer to the very center. This suggests a central mass millions of times greater than our Sun. While not definitively proven, the evidence for central black holes continues to grow.
