COSMIC MESSAGE
Last Thursday, millions of people had an unusually clear view of the night sky. A large power outage in northeast North America dimmed most city lights. Normally, city lights reflect off air impurities, making it hard to see many stars. This unexpected starscape was a small benefit amidst the hardships of the blackout.
