COSMIC MESSAGE
The Rosette Nebula, also known as NGC 2237, is a flowery emission nebula. Inside it lies NGC 2244, an open cluster of bright, young stars that formed about four million years ago. Their stellar winds are clearing a hole in the nebula's center, creating a layer of dust and hot gas.
