A meteor from the Leonid shower streaks across the sky in this ten-second exposure, captured next to a bright full moon. The Leonids are known for their spectacular displays, occurring each November. This particular meteor was photographed over Greenwood, South Carolina, with a dreamlike foreground of a lake and fog.
