“M45: The Pleiades Star Cluster” is copyrighted by Robert Gendler. NASA has permission to show it and we don't, so it isn't on this card.
See it on NASA's siteThe Pleiades, or Seven Sisters, is one of the most famous star clusters in the sky. Also known as M45, it is about 400 light-years away and contains over 3,000 stars. The blue glow around the brighter stars is light reflecting off surrounding dust.
